Five Iron Golf

We had a lot of fun here on my husband's birthdays on 3/22/25. What stood out the most however, was actually when something went wrong (a technology glitch in the Bay POS system) our food order didn't go through correctly and when they realized what happened, the on site team went above and beyond to accommodate our family. They let us extend as long as we could at the Bay when we realized what happened, but eventually a party was coming to the area so we had to move to the lounge, but they fully comped the food and additional time we had to pay to try to extend to wait for the food and were also super nice. I really wish I took names, but our server ( a super pretty black young woman with a huge smile) and the manager (younger white man, very nice.... wearing a hat and blue shirt this day) were awesome. The bartender in the lounge was also great. We actually wound up having just as much fun in the lounge- if not more!- than in the Bay. I just want to say that the staff made the experience more than ok- they made it actually better than I thought the afternoon would have been.

This is probably my 10th visit and I always love coming here. My husband is obsessed with this place. I never play but just hangout and the energy is so nice and so are the people. So friendly and welcoming. The food drinks are so good. Super cool place.

I have been going here for over a year as my main way to practice my golf game in NYC when I'm not on the course. As many reviews note, having the trackman and cameras to see my data, figure out what to work on, and get good feedback on my practice is super helpful, and this location it's a gorgeous well designed venue that has great amenities and good food and screens. But best of all are the people at this location. I absolutely love my coach Lois, who I've been going to regularly for a year. She is a fantastic teacher, and has helped me grow from a complete newbie to having a great swing. And Shelby, the manager of this location, is the best! She is so helpful with anything you need, brings such a great positive energy, and provides the best service!

This is my favorite screen golf practice spot, especially because there's the best golf coach here. I started learning golf little by little from my friends, so I developed some bad habits. But after starting lessons with Pro Hugh Heo, I've been able to build a solid foundation with the correct basics. The areas I struggled with while practicing on my own are being fixed clearly and immediately during the lessons. With years of experience, he has a deep understanding of the body and a lot of knowledge, offering all the solutions. I highly recommend him!

Been doing my lessons with Hugh and he’s been awesome. I’m a beginner and just after 2 lessons, I’ve learned and improved a lot. He breaks down the complexity of the golf swing in a way that’s simple and straightforward. He goes through drills and concepts with me in a memorable way so I can easily practice on my own too. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable in the golf game, but also he makes learning golf really fun and engaging! Definitely will be continuing my lessons with Hugh!
